Who can see my to-dos?
Your to-dos are yours. A colleague sees one only when you add them to it, and then it shows on their list too.
What is the difference from Project?
To-Do is a personal list for small jobs. Project is for shared work with stages and hours. A to-do can be converted into a project task.
Can I get a reminder?
Yes. Plan an activity with a date on the to-do; it shows in the activity menu when it is due.
