Is this a POS system or an accounting system?
Both, in one. The counter sells, and the same sale updates stock, cash and the VAT figures in the books. There is no export and re-import between a till and an accountant's program.
Does it work for a shop in Dubai with more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own stock and tills; the owner sees all branches together. Transfers between branches are recorded, not remembered.
What hardware do I need?
A tablet or PC with a browser, plus your receipt printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer. We tell you which models we have tested before you buy anything.
Does it work if the internet drops?
The counter keeps selling offline and syncs when the connection returns, so a slow line does not stop the queue.
Are the receipts VAT-compliant?
Yes. Receipts carry your TRN and VAT 5%, and a full tax invoice can be issued from the same sale for a customer who needs one.
Can I move my products and stock from my current POS?
Yes. Products, barcodes, prices and opening stock are migrated as part of the setup, from an export or a spreadsheet.
