What ERP software does for a UAE company
One system instead of an accounting program, a stock sheet, a payroll workbook and a WhatsApp group that tries to hold them together.
Today, in most UAE companies
- Invoices in one program, stock in a spreadsheet, payroll in another workbook
- VAT 201 rebuilt by hand every quarter from exports
- The WPS file typed into a bank template and rejected for one wrong digit
- Nobody knows today's cash position without three phone calls
With Xrero ERP
- A sale updates stock, receivables and VAT at the same moment
- VAT 201 and corporate tax figures come from the posted books, ready to file
- Payroll approved once; the WPS SIF file is generated and checked row by row
- Cash, receivables, payables and margin on one screen, on your phone
What you get on day one
Everything below is part of the system, priced per user. Nothing is a separate module you discover later.
Accounting that closes the month
A UAE chart of accounts, bank statement import for the main UAE banks, reconciliation that matches receipts to invoices, and a month-end that finishes on the same screen it started.
Invoices in Arabic and English
One tax invoice, both languages, your TRN and VAT 5% on every line. The structured e-invoice file (PINT AE) is generated from the same record, so you are e-invoicing ready without a second system.
VAT 201 and corporate tax, ready to file
The VAT 201 figures and the corporate tax (9%) working are built from your posted entries, not from a spreadsheet kept on the side. You review, then file.
Stock that matches the shelf
Purchases, transfers, counts and sales move the same quantity. Landed cost, batches and expiry where you need them, and a valuation report ready for the auditor.
Sales, quotations and CRM
Quotation to order to invoice without re-typing. Every customer's calls, WhatsApp messages, open deals and unpaid invoices on one card before you pick up the phone.
POS for shops, cafés and restaurants
Tap the order, print the receipt with VAT, and the stock and the accounts update behind it. Works on a tablet at the counter.
HR and payroll with the WPS file
Salaries from contracts and attendance, end-of-service, leave and the WPS SIF file the bank accepts - checked row by row before the bank ever sees it.
Reports the owner actually reads
Cash today, what is owed to you, what you owe, margin by product or branch, and the month against last month. On the phone, in either language.
Built for UAE compliance, not adapted to it
The rules UAE businesses live with are in the system's defaults, so your team does not have to remember them.
VAT 5%
Applied per line, with the VAT 201 return figures prepared from posted entries. Zero-rated and exempt lines handled. Ready to file - you or your accountant files it.
Corporate tax 9%
The corporate tax working uses the same books as VAT, so year-end is a report, not a rebuild.
WPS payroll
The SIF file for the Wages Protection System is generated from the approved run and validated before upload.
E-invoicing ready
The structured e-invoice (PINT AE) is produced from the same invoice record, so you are ready for the UAE e-invoicing rollout.
Bilingual by default
Arabic and English on invoices, payslips, contracts and reports - on the same document where the law or the customer needs both.
Your data, backed up
Cloud hosting with backups you can restore from, a separate database per company, and two-factor sign-in for your team.
How the setup goes
We do the implementation ourselves, from the first call to the first month-end.
A 20-minute call
You show us how the business runs today - invoices, stock, staff, the bank. We tell you honestly whether Xrero fits before you pay anything.
We set it up and move your data
Customers, products, opening balances, staff contracts and your chart of accounts are migrated by our team in Dubai. Your team is trained on your own numbers.
Live in two weeks
You run the first month with us watching. After that, support is a WhatsApp message away, in Arabic or English.
ERP implementation in the UAE, by the company that built the software
Most ERP software companies in the UAE sell a licence and hand you to a partner. With Xrero the implementation is ours: the same Dubai team scopes it, migrates your data, trains your staff and answers afterwards.
No separate ERP consultant
You do not hire an ERP consultant in the UAE and then buy software from someone else. The people who built Xrero scope the implementation and carry it through to the first month-end.
ERP implementation in Dubai, two weeks
Setup from AED 2,999, scoped in the first call: data migration, chart of accounts, users, documents and training on your own numbers. No open-ended project fee.
ERP software demo on your data
Before you decide, a 20-minute ERP software demo on numbers close to your own, in Arabic or English, run by the team that will do the setup.
Pricing, in the open
The same numbers are on our pricing page. No annual maintenance fee, no per-module surprises.

Questions we get asked
Straight answers, the same ones we give on the phone.
What is ERP software, in plain words?
ERP software is one system that holds your accounting, invoicing, stock, sales, purchases and payroll together, so a sale updates the stock and the accounts at the same moment and nothing is typed twice. Xrero is an ERP built for how UAE companies work: VAT 5%, corporate tax, WPS payroll and bilingual documents are part of it, not add-ons.
Is it suitable for a small company?
Yes. Xrero is cloud ERP for small business in the UAE, built for companies with 3 to 60 staff. Pricing is per user, so a five-person company pays for five users, and the setup is scoped to what you actually use.
Do we need an ERP consultant, or an ERP implementation partner?
No. Xrero does its own ERP implementation in Dubai and across the UAE: the same team scopes the project, migrates your data, trains your staff and supports you after go-live. There is no separate consultant to hire and no partner hand-over.
Can we see an ERP software demo before we commit?
Yes. A 20-minute ERP software demo on numbers close to your own, on WhatsApp or a call, in Arabic or English. No obligation, and the same people run the setup afterwards.
Is the ERP system available in Dubai and the other emirates?
Yes. Xrero is a cloud ERP system run from Dubai and used across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the northern emirates. Setup, training and support are done by our own team, in Arabic and English.
Do I need a server or IT staff?
No. Xrero is cloud software: you sign in from a browser on any computer or phone. Backups and updates are handled for you, and your data is restorable if you ever need it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Every screen, invoice, payslip and report is available in Arabic and English. Documents can carry both languages on the same page, which is what UAE customers and auditors expect.
How does it handle UAE VAT and corporate tax?
VAT 5% is applied per line and the VAT 201 return figures are prepared from your posted entries, ready to file. The corporate tax working uses the same books. Xrero prepares the figures; filing is done by you or your accountant.
Does it produce the WPS file?
Yes. After you approve the payroll run, Xrero generates the WPS SIF file in the layout UAE banks accept and checks every row - IBANs, amounts, employee IDs - before you upload it.
Can you move my data from my current system or spreadsheets?
Yes. Customers, suppliers, products, opening balances and staff records are migrated as part of the setup, whether they come from another accounting program or from Excel.
What does it cost, and is there a trial?
AED 99 per user per month, and a one-time setup from AED 2,999 depending on the size of the business. There is no annual maintenance fee. A 15-day trial is included, and the full price list is public on the pricing page.
