Are all agents included in every workspace?
Agents are switched on per workspace during set-up. Tell us which ones you want; we confirm what is available for your apps and agree the rules before you pay.
Can an agent post to our books by itself?
No. Agents prepare drafts. Posting a bill or an entry, paying and refunding always need a person.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
You reject or correct the draft. Nothing is final without approval, so a wrong draft costs a minute, not a wrong ledger.
Where does our data go?
It stays in your company's own database. To draft a reply or read a bill, the relevant text is sent to the language model, and the result comes back as a draft.
