How your team reaches it
The installer finds the PC's address and writes it down for you.

A fixed IP keeps the office address the same after restarts.
It runs as a Windows service; if the PC sleeps, the address stops.

Common questions
Is there a monthly licence?
No. The licence is annual only: AED 1,000 per user a year. To pay monthly, the cloud plan is AED 99 per user a month, set-up from AED 2,999.
Can we add users during the year?
Yes. Ask us and we upgrade the certificate to the new number of users.
We are moving Xrero to a new PC.
The licence is tied to one install. We reissue the certificate for the new PC: same users, no extra cost.
Can staff connect from home?
Not by default; the office address works on the office network only. We can set up a VPN or HTTPS on a domain with you.
