Does each subscriber need a user licence?
No. Users are the people on your team who log in. Subscribers only receive invoices and can open their own page from a link.
How is VAT handled on recurring invoices?
Each invoice carries 5% VAT (or zero-rating where it applies), your TRN and the customer's, and posts to the VAT return of its own period.
What counts as MRR?
The monthly value of active subscriptions: a monthly plan at its price, a quarterly plan at a third, a yearly plan at a twelfth. One-off fees are left out.
What does it cost?
AED 99 per user a month (AED 83 on the annual plan), with invoicing and accounting included. Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999.
