01Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Xrero at xrero.com.
0215-day trial
New customers can try Xrero free for 15 days. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends with no obligation.
03Fees
- Subscription fee: billed per user, monthly or annually depending on your plan.
- One-time setup / implementation fee: charged once at purchase to configure and launch your workspace.
04Refunds
Payments are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
05Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as this work is delivered upfront.
06Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting info@xrero.com. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
07Payment disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it quickly.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted here.
