1Scope
This policy applies to subscriptions and services purchased from Xrero at xrero.com.
2Free trial
New customers can try Xrero free for 15 days. You will not be charged during the trial and can cancel anytime before it ends with no obligation.
3Fees
- Subscription fee - billed per user, monthly or annually depending on your plan.
- One-time setup / implementation fee - charged once at purchase to configure and launch your workspace.
414-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase (first payment). After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing.
5Setup fee
The one-time setup fee is refundable within the 14-day window only if implementation has not yet started. Once onboarding or setup work has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable, as this work is delivered upfront.
6Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting info@xrero.com. When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
7How to request a refund
Email info@xrero.com with your account email and order details within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within approximately 14 business days.
8Payment disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first and we will work to resolve it quickly.
9Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the current version will always be posted here.
