timesheets and payslips
The terminal records the tap. The work starts after it.
Most UAE companies own a biometric device and still build the timesheet by hand every month.
Today, in most UAE companies
- A device on the wall and an Excel export nobody trusts
- Late minutes and overtime argued about at month end
- Leave in WhatsApp, attendance in the device, payroll in a third place
- Two sites, two devices, one HR officer merging files
With Xrero
- Every tap lands on the employee's timesheet as it happens
- Late, overtime and shift rules apply themselves, the same way every month
- Leave approved in the system blocks the absence before payroll
- All sites on one screen, and the payroll run reads the hours
What you get on day one
An attendance system wired to payroll, not a device with an export button.
Fingerprint and face terminals
Terminals push each tap to the cloud over the internet. No office server, no USB export; a new device is added by its serial number.
Shifts and schedules
Fixed, rotating and split shifts, Ramadan hours, weekends per site; each employee's schedule decides what counts as late.
Late, overtime and grace rules
Grace minutes, rounding, overtime after the shift and on rest days, all as rules you set once and audit later.
Leave that closes the gap
Annual, sick and unpaid leave requested and approved in the system, so an approved day off is never an absence on the sheet.
Multi-site, one screen
Warehouse, shop and office on their own devices; HR sees who is in, who is late and who is missing, per site, now.
Payroll drafted from the hours
The approved timesheet becomes the salary draft: basic, allowances, overtime and deductions, then one approval and the WPS SIF file.
Reports managers read
Late arrivals by department, overtime cost by month and absence patterns, on a phone in Arabic or English.
Set up for you
Employees, shifts, rules and devices are configured by our team in Dubai; your HR officer is trained on your own roster.
How UAE attendance rules work in the system
The habits of a UAE workplace are the defaults, not customisation.
Ramadan working hours
Reduced hours switch on for the month and the late and overtime rules follow, without editing every shift.
Weekends per site
A shop that opens Saturday and an office that closes Saturday keep their own weekend; rest-day work counts as overtime where it should.
Overtime on the payslip
Overtime hours from the timesheet price at the rate in the contract and appear as their own line on the payslip.
Grace and rounding
Five minutes of grace, rounding to the quarter hour, or none: rules you set once, applied the same way to everyone.
Corrections with a trail
A forgotten check-out is fixed by the manager with a reason, and the correction stays visible to the auditor.
Several devices, one timesheet
An employee who taps in at the warehouse and out at the office has one timesheet; devices are pooled per company, not per door.

Questions we get asked
Straight answers, the same ones we give on the phone.
Which attendance devices work with the system?
Fingerprint and face terminals that push over the internet to a cloud address. We tell you the models we have tested before you buy, and most existing push-capable devices can be pointed at us.
Do I need a server in the office?
No. The terminal pushes each tap to the cloud; there is no PC, no USB export and nothing to back up on site.
Does attendance feed payroll automatically?
Yes. The approved timesheet becomes the salary draft with overtime and deductions; you review one screen, approve once, and the WPS SIF file is generated.
Can it handle shifts and Ramadan hours?
Yes. Fixed, rotating and split shifts, weekends per site, and Ramadan hours that switch on for the month with the late and overtime rules following.
What about a forgotten check-out?
The manager fixes it with a reason and the correction stays on record. A missed tap does not become a day-long shift on the payslip.
Does it work across several sites in the UAE?
Yes. Each site has its own devices and weekend; HR sees all sites on one screen and payroll reads all the hours.
Is it available in Arabic?
Every screen, the timesheet and the payslip can be Arabic, English or both.
What does it cost?
AED 99 per user per month, and a one-time setup from AED 2,999 depending on the size of the business. No annual maintenance fee, 15-Day Trial Included, and the full price list is public on the pricing page.
