Your clients need their ERP connected. We install it.
You validate, exchange and report e-invoices. Your clients still need something inside Tally, Sage, Business Central or NetSuite that sends each invoice to you and brings your answer back. Xrero builds that connector against your API, installs it at your client and supports it. You keep the client and the ASP contract.

Why do your clients still need a connector?
Most accredited providers give clients an API, a web portal and Peppol exchange, and do not install software inside the client's ERP. So a finance team on Tally, Sage 50 or Business Central is left with exports, uploads and re-typing, or waits for its own IT. Xrero closes that gap: we put the connector inside (or next to) the client's system and point it at your API.
The Ministry of Finance register of accredited providers had about 70 entries on 19–20 October 2026. A few ERP makers are on it themselves; most entries are e-invoicing providers like you, whose clients run many different systems.
You exchange and report. We connect the client's system.
You keep doing what you are accredited for
- The ASP contract with the client, and your own pricing
- Validation of each PINT AE invoice
- Exchange over Peppol and reporting to the FTA
- Your web portal and your API
- The sandbox and API reference for us
We do the part inside the client's system
- Readiness check: 20 real invoices mapped, data gaps listed
- The connector built, installed and tested at the client
- Invoices and credit notes sent to you when posted
- Your status, UUID and rejection reason written back on the invoice
- Supplier e-invoices into payables as drafts
- Daily check, retries, alerts, and updates when your API or the rules change

Which systems can your clients use?

An add-on or extension installed in the system you already use. Invoices go out the moment they are posted.
You connect your account online. The connector runs on Xrero's servers.
A small Windows agent on your PC or server reads posted invoices and sends them.
For any system without an interface: export, upload, and we do the rest.
SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion, EBS or JD Edwards, Dynamics 365 F&O, Infor LN or M3: a project with your certified partner. Xrero delivers the mapping, the test pack and the coordination with your e-invoicing provider.

WhatsApp usCommon questions
Does Xrero compete with e-invoicing providers?
No. Xrero is not an e-invoicing service provider and is not accredited as one. We build and support the connection between the client's accounting system and the provider the client chose, and we never move a provider's client to another provider.
Is there a referral fee?
No, in either direction. Clients you introduce pay the partner price (sent by e-mail on request), and you keep your ASP contract with them.
How long does it take to connect to our API?
About 2 to 3 weeks after we receive sandbox access and your API reference. Building the adapter is included; there is nothing to pay for it.
Which client systems do you connect?
TallyPrime, QuickBooks Online, Zoho Books, Xero, Daftra, Sage 50, BUSY, Al-Ameen, open-source ERPs (Community / Enterprise editions), ERPNext, Business Central, Dynamics NAV, GP and AX, Sage 200 to Intacct, NetSuite, SAP Business One, Infor SunSystems and others, plus Excel/CSV upload. Large enterprise systems are a project with the client's certified partner.
What happens when our API or the FTA rules change?
The client's yearly support covers every change to your API and every FTA e-invoicing rule change. We update the connector; the client does not pay extra for it.
Who signs and pays for the connector?
The client orders the connector from Xrero at the partner price and pays 50% on order and 50% at go-live. Your e-invoicing contract with the client is separate and stays yours.
