What do you get for your workers, clients and payroll?
Workers check in from the phone with its location; a punch without a location is refused, and each punch shows on a map pin.
Visa, labour card, Emirates ID and passport with dates and a scan; a to-do before they lapse, and a "Not clear to work" list.
A pipeline per job and Arabic and English forms, then the visa, medical, Emirates ID and contract steps.
Salaries, overtime, leave and gratuity for every worker; one approval builds the SIF for your bank or exchange house.
Monthly, or on a schedule per contract. Invoices are not built from worked hours automatically.
Workers see payslips, request leave, see their own documents and ask HR for a salary certificate.
Who is Xrero for, and who is it not for?
You supply workers to clients in the UAE, handle their visas, labour cards and payroll yourself, and want site check-ins, documents, the WPS file and client invoices in one system, in Arabic and English.
You need client invoices built automatically from each worker's hours (not today; ask us), or you only need a salary file for a few staff and nothing else: a simpler payroll-only tool may cost less.

What is the best manpower supply software in the UAE?
No one system suits every manpower company; it depends on yours. Check five things: check-in at the client site with the phone's location, so you know who worked where and for how long; visa, labour card, Emirates ID and passport expiry flagged before it lapses; recruitment that follows the UAE onboarding steps; one payroll run with the WPS file for every worker; and client invoices with 5% VAT. Xrero does all five in one system: office users AED 99 a month (AED 83 annual), employees who use the staff app AED 20 a month or AED 200 a year, with optional set-up from AED 2,999. It does not build client invoices from worked hours automatically.
How much does manpower supply software cost in the UAE?
Xrero has two prices. Office users (managers, HR, accounts) cost AED 99 a month (AED 83 annual), with every app included. Employees who use the staff app (check in and out from the phone, see payslips, request leave, see their own documents, file claims) cost AED 20 a month or AED 200 a year each. Staff who only check in on a fingerprint or face terminal, or only receive payslips, are not charged. Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999 once, and there is a 15-day trial with no card.
How do we know which worker was at which client site, and for how long?
Each worker checks in and out at the client site from their phone, and the phone's location is saved with the punch; a punch without a location is refused. The attendance list shows each punch on a map pin, and the hours between check-in and check-out go on the worker's timesheet. One tap is one punch, so a double tap never opens and closes a shift. A site can also use fingerprint or face terminals that push each tap over the internet.
Can it invoice our clients from the hours our workers logged?
Not automatically. Client invoices are raised monthly, or on a schedule per contract with the Subscription app, with 5% VAT and your TRN. The hours report shows who worked at which site and for how long, but the invoice is not built from it. If you bill clients by the hour, ask us.
Does it warn us before a worker's visa or labour card expires?
Yes, inside the system. Each worker's visa, labour card, Emirates ID and passport are kept with the number, issue and expiry dates and a scanned copy, and each shows valid, expiring or expired. A daily check raises a to-do for the person responsible when a document enters the warning window (60 days by default, set per company) and again on the day it lapses; these are reminders in the system, not e-mails. The "Not clear to work" list shows everyone with an expired labour card or residence visa. Xrero tracks the dates you enter; it does not check documents with any authority.
Does it produce the WPS salary file for all our workers?
Yes. Payroll covers salaries, overtime, leave and end-of-service gratuity under UAE labour law. The approved timesheet becomes the salary draft, and one approval produces the WPS salary file (SIF) for every worker, for your bank or exchange house. Payslips print in Arabic and English.
Can we recruit and onboard new workers in it?
Yes. Each job has its own pipeline, with a careers page and application forms in Arabic and English. A hired candidate goes through the UAE onboarding steps (visa, medical, Emirates ID and contract), then moves into HR and payroll.
What can workers do on their own phone?
Workers who sign in on their phone see their payslips, request leave, see their own documents and expiry dates, and ask HR for a document such as a salary certificate. They can also file an expense claim with a receipt photo for the manager to approve. The staff app costs AED 20 a month or AED 200 a year for each worker who uses it.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. Every screen works in Arabic and English, and payslips and invoices can print in both.
How long does it take to start?
With set-up, about two weeks. Our Dubai team sets up your employees, contracts, shifts, devices and leave balances, and trains your staff.
Is Xrero the same as Xero?
No. Xrero (X-R-E-R-O) is business software built in Dubai for UAE companies. Xero (X-E-R-O) is a separate accounting company from New Zealand. The two are not related.
