How do we know a visa is about to expire?
Every expiry date sits on the record. HR sees what expires in the coming weeks on one list, with a reminder ahead of the date.
Can staff update their own details?
Yes. Each employee sees their profile, leave balance and payslips, updates contact details and uploads renewed documents. Salary details stay with HR.
Is it linked to payroll and WPS?
Yes. The record holds the contract that the monthly payroll reads, and the WPS salary file is built from the approved run.
What does it cost?
