Can it stop double bookings?
Yes. Each asset, or each quantity of a stocked item like chairs, shows when it is booked, out or in service, and a clashing order is flagged before you confirm.
How are deposits handled?
The deposit is recorded on the order and held apart from revenue. At return, damage and late charges are deducted and the refund is shown line by line.
Does it work for car rental too?
For the rental itself, yes: bookings, deposits, mileage out and in, damage and invoices. Traffic fines and tolls are added to the customer's account by your team.
What does it cost?
AED 99 per user a month with every app included (AED 83 on the annual plan). Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999.
