Do outside people need an account to join a call?
No. Send them the meeting link; a customer or supplier opens it in the browser and joins as a guest with camera and microphone.
Can we discuss a specific invoice or order?
Yes. Every record has its own messages and notes. Mention a colleague there and the conversation stays with the document.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Open your workspace in the phone's browser to chat and join calls. Allow the camera and microphone when the browser asks.
