Does every online sale carry VAT and a tax invoice?
Yes. Prices include 5% VAT, a paid order creates an invoice with your TRN, and online sales sit in the same VAT figures as the shop.
Can we move our store from Shopify or WooCommerce?
Yes. Our set-up team imports products, variants, prices and customers from your export files, and old product links can point to the new pages.
How do shoppers pay?
By card through a payment provider connected to your store, by bank transfer, or cash on delivery. Tell us your provider and we confirm it before you pay anything.
What does it cost?
AED 99 per user a month (AED 83 on the annual plan), with the store, stock, invoicing and accounting included. Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999.
