Are we reminded before a contract ends?
Yes. Contracts ending soon are flagged on the vehicle, and Xrero plans a renewal activity for the fleet manager, 30 days before by default.
Can we see what each vehicle costs?
Yes. Contract and service costs are recorded on the vehicle, and the cost report adds them up by vehicle and by month.
Do drivers need a user?
No. The driver is a contact on the vehicle. Only the people who manage the fleet need a user.
What does it cost?
Fleet is included in Xrero: AED 99 per user a month (AED 83 on the annual plan), with every app for your industry. Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999.
