The short answer

What should accounting software do for a UAE business?

  • Issue tax invoices with your TRN and 5% VAT on each line, in Arabic and English.
  • Give the VAT 201 figures from posted entries, ready for you or your accountant to file on EmaraTax.
  • Keep books that support the 9% corporate tax return and the PINT AE e-invoice file.
  • For a company of 20 to 50 people, run payroll and the WPS file from the same system.

Common questions

Is it accounting software or an ERP?

Accounting first. Invoicing, stock, POS and payroll run in the same system when you need them, so the books never need an import.

Does it handle UAE VAT and the VAT 201?

Yes. VAT 5% per line, and the return figures per period from posted entries, ready to file. You or your accountant files.

Can my external accountant use it?

Yes. Invite them with their own login; they review and post in the system instead of receiving exports by email.

What does it cost?

AED 99 per user a month (AED 83 on the annual plan), with a 15-day trial and no card. Set-up by our team is optional, from AED 2,999.
