Fair, short and written down
The total contract value Xrero signs with your registered client, without VAT and without third-party costs passed through at cost (for example hardware or government fees).
Within 15 days after each client payment, in the same proportion. You send a commission invoice, with VAT if you are registered.
A registration is valid for 6 months. If two partners register the same client, the first one received counts.
Xrero will not approach a registered client to avoid your commission. You may stay the client's main contact if you both wish.
If a client does not pay, or receives a refund, no commission is due on that amount.
No fee to join, no minimum number of projects. You can work with other vendors too.
Either side can end it with 30 days' notice by e-mail. Commission stays payable on contracts signed before the end.
Both sides keep each other's and the clients' information confidential. UAE law as applied in Dubai, Dubai courts.

Do I have to sell or install anything?
No. You make the introduction and register the client. Xrero quotes, signs, sets up, trains and supports. You can join the meetings if you like.
How is the 25% worked out?
On the total contract value Xrero signs with your client, without VAT and without third-party costs passed through at cost. For 10 users on the monthly price plus the Growth package, that is AED 16,870 in the first year, and AED 4,217.50 for you.
When and how am I paid?
Within 15 days after each payment the client makes, in the same proportion as that payment. You send us a commission invoice for each one.
How do I register a client?
E-mail info@xrero.com (or WhatsApp us) with the client's company name, the contact person and a line on what they need. The registration is yours for 6 months.
Can my client try it first?
Yes. A 15-day trial at xrero.com/trial, with no card, or a guided 20-minute demo with you on the call.
I resell licences on my own servers. Is this the right page?
Partners who install Xrero for customers on their own servers use the partner portal, with licences at AED 1,000 per user a year.
