Your Xrero licence is ready
- Run the installer on the Windows PC that will be the server. It installs everything and starts on its own.
- Open Xrero in the browser, sign in and change the password. Other PCs on the office network use the PC's address.
- Go to Settings › Xrero License, upload the certificate and click Activate.
- You are licensed for 20 users. Until the certificate is active, nothing can be posted.
One certificate, one server, its users
The certificate is checked on the customer's server. It can be bound to that server's install ID.

Who is the partner portal for?
For partners who resell Xrero and run it for their customers on their own servers. Each customer gets a licence sized to its users.
What exactly do we download?
A Windows installer that sets up the application, its database and the edition, and the signed certificate. A module package is there for an existing server.
What if the customer adds users?
Ask us and we upgrade the certificate to the new number of users. When the customer moves to a new PC, we reissue it at no extra cost.
Can my customer use the cloud instead?
Yes. Xrero on our cloud is AED 99 per user a month (AED 83 on the annual plan), with set-up from AED 2,999 if wanted.
