البدء السريعQuick start
- افتح أي تطبيق من قائمة ابدأ — ستظهر شاشة البداية: مستند جديد فارغ، قوالب، أو «تصفّح هذا الجهاز» لفتح ملف موجود. Open any app from the Start Menu — the Start screen offers a new blank document, templates, or "Browse this PC" to open an existing file.
- اسحب أي ملف وأفلته داخل النافذة لفتحه مباشرة. Drag & drop any file into the window to open it instantly.
- للحفظ اضغط Ctrl+S. عند حفظ ملف جديد أو تغيير الصيغة سيظهر مربع حفظ يتيح لك اختيار المكان والاسم. Save with Ctrl+S. For a new file or a different format, a native Save dialog lets you choose the location and name.
- زر EN/AR في شريط العنوان يبدّل لغة الواجهة بالكامل — الواجهة العربية معكوسة بالكامل (RTL). The EN/AR pill in the title bar switches the whole interface language — Arabic is fully mirrored (RTL).
تحويل PDF إلى مستند قابل للتحريرConverting PDF to an editable document
افتح ملف PDF في Xrero ثم اختر «تحويل إلى Writer». يوجد وضعان: Open a PDF in Xrero, then choose "Convert to Writer". Two modes are available:
- مطابق للتخطيط (قابل للتحرير):Fixed layout (editable): يحافظ على شكل الصفحة والنص يبقى قابلًا للتحرير — الخيار الافتراضي. keeps the page look while the text stays editable — the default.
- صورة مطابقة:Exact image: كل صفحة تصبح صورة طبق الأصل (غير قابلة للتحرير) — مثالي للتصاميم المعقدة. every page becomes a pixel-perfect image (not editable) — ideal for design-heavy files.
ملفات PDF العربية أو الممسوحة ضوئيًا تمر تلقائيًا عبر محرك التعرّف الضوئي (OCR) لاستخراج نص عربي حقيقي قابل للتحرير. Arabic or scanned PDFs are automatically routed through the OCR engine to recover real, editable Arabic text.

هل Xrero Office مجاني؟Is Xrero Office free?
نعم — مجاني بالكامل، ويتطلب فقط إنشاء حساب مجاني واحد عند أول استخدام. Yes — completely free; it only asks you to create one free account on first use.
هل يعمل بدون إنترنت؟Does it work offline?
نعم. بعد تسجيل الدخول الأول تعمل جميع التطبيقات دون اتصال، وملفاتك تبقى على جهازك ولا تُرفع إلى أي خادم. Yes. After the first sign-in everything works offline, and your files stay on your PC — nothing is uploaded to any server.
ظهرت رسالة «ناشر غير معروف» عند التثبيت — هل هذا آمن؟Windows showed an "unknown publisher" warning — is it safe?
هذه رسالة اعتيادية للبرامج الجديدة غير المسجّلة بعد لدى مايكروسوفت. حمّل المثبّت من xrero.com فقط، ثم اختر «More info» ثم «Run anyway». That's Windows' standard prompt for new software not yet registered with Microsoft. Download only from xrero.com, then click "More info" → "Run anyway".
هل ملفات Word و Excel و PowerPoint متوافقة؟Are Word, Excel and PowerPoint files compatible?
نعم — يفتح Xrero صيغ Microsoft Office الأساسية (docx / xlsx / pptx) ويحفظ بها مباشرة. Yes — Xrero opens and saves the core Microsoft Office formats (docx / xlsx / pptx) natively.
أين أجد الكود المصدري؟Where is the source code?
Xrero Office مبني على مكوّنات مفتوحة المصدر برخصة AGPL v3 — رابط «Source» داخل التطبيق (نافذة حول) يعرض عرض الكود المصدري كاملًا. Xrero Office is built on open-source components under AGPL v3 — the "Source" link inside the app's About panel contains the full source offer.
