التطبيق لا يفتح؟App won't open?

• أعد تشغيل الجهاز ثم افتح التطبيق مرة أخرى — يحل هذا معظم الحالات. Restart your PC and open the app again — this resolves most cases.
• عند أول تشغيل يجب تسجيل الدخول بحساب مجاني عبر «تسجيل الدخول» — تأكد من اتصال الإنترنت لتلك الخطوة فقط. The first launch needs one free sign-in — make sure you're online just for that step.

مشكلة في فتح أو حفظ ملف؟Trouble opening or saving a file?

• تأكد أن الملف غير مفتوح في برنامج آخر وأنه ليس للقراءة فقط. Make sure the file isn't open in another program and isn't read-only.
• الصيغ المدعومة: docx / xlsx / pptx / pdf وأخواتها المفتوحة (odt / ods / odp). Supported formats: docx / xlsx / pptx / pdf plus the open formats (odt / ods / odp).
